“Kim’s Movement Balance exercise program at the Monroe County Youth Center teaches the students to listen to their own bodies, and to let go of competition with themselves and others. She uses breathing techniques, balance, flexibility, and relaxation exercises to accomplish change. Kim is often found sharing her story and saying, 'Being with the students is the highlight of my day.'"
