Are you interested in the calm, almost gentle moves of Pilates, which have you engaging your mind and body?
Do you want to increase coordination and core strength as well as improve posture and circulation?
Do you want to use the fitness method of top athletes?
We have the great opportunity to have Kimberly, trained as a classical Pilates instructor, who works primarily with adults 35 and older. Most of our clients start out with less than optimal movement patterns and are looking to achieve better posture; increase circulation, coordination and core strength. We work closely with clients to create flowing movements with precision.
Over time, performing these movements over and over again creates changes in the neuromuscular system. We inspire our clients to movement because movement heals. Kimberly’s caring method and intuitive approach help clients achieve their goals and visions for a healthier lifestyle and life.
